After purchase support was horrible I purchased a 2018 CRV. The purchasing experience went well. The after purchase experience has been horrible. I purchased two accessories that had to be ordered and installed at a later date. I also paid for window tinting that was scheduled when my accessories arrived. A loaner car was promised while my vehicle was in their care. My first scheduled appointment somehow got messed up, so they rescheduled. When I arrived for my second appointment, I was told a loaner car wasn’t available, and they would call me for yet, a third appointment. I live 45 minutes from the dealership. To make matters worse, the service rep was very indifferent, never apologizing. More
Recall service appointment I was greeted by Debra Judd, service advisor. She was very professional and explained the service to be preformed. I ask if I could add my regular service maintenance also. She said yes and ask if I was waiting for it. I said yes and she said it would be about 3 hours total. I told her that was fine. She explained the work to be performed and showed me to the waiting area. Between Debra Judd and the lady in the waiting area, they showed me the available drinks,snacks, etc. to make me comfortable for the wait. I especially appreciated the personal friendliness and courtesy they showed me. Debra Judd made several trips to let me know the progress on my car. The car was finished and washed in less than the 3 hours expected. After being completely informed, treated with courtesy, and the overall friendliness I was shown, I was a “Happy Camper” !! You don’t see that extra personal touch and effort much anymore!!!! Thank You More

Excellent service Had a tire with a cut on the side. Went in to get tire replaced. The rep suggested to have alignment checked and it needed attention. Service Center is top-notch I purchased a Honda Cr-V ten years ago from Honda World. I have used the service center many times and trust them with my car. The fact that they assign each customer a service advisor as point of contact is reassuring, and they keep me posted about the status of my car. They always run the car through the car wash before I pick it up, too! More
