Great Went in for a low tire pressure check. I knew that our tires were on the borderline of needing to be replaced. They suggested that we do it now. Re Went in for a low tire pressure check. Replaced all four tires, changed the automatic transmission fluid, topped off all other fluids, aligned and balanced new tires and washed it! Excellent service. Our van has not been serviced by anyone other than Honda since we purchased it in 2013. We always receive excellent service when we drive in at Express Service. More

Great service from all employees Got my oil changed. I worked with Lyndsee (I think) and she was great. Had to purchase wiper blades in the shop and the gentleman there (His last name Got my oil changed. I worked with Lyndsee (I think) and she was great. Had to purchase wiper blades in the shop and the gentleman there (His last name is Perez) was amazing and very informative. I went and asked a random employee if they could put my blades on my car as I didn’t know I could just replace the rubber and have never changed them. A very nice gentlemen was happy to put them on for me. It took no time to do. From start to finish, Lyndsee, the phenomenal gentleman in the accessories department (Mr. Perez) and the kind gentlemen who put the rubber on my wiper blades made the experience a great one. While I never look forward to my car being serviced, it’s nice to know that I’m taking it to a place where my vehicle concerns will be addressed. More

Fast, Friendly and Efficient Ryan was EXCELLENT. He had all the facts I asked for when I inquired about buying or leasing a new Honda CRV. When I arrived for my appointment, he Ryan was EXCELLENT. He had all the facts I asked for when I inquired about buying or leasing a new Honda CRV. When I arrived for my appointment, he had a car for me to look at and drive and helped me with my choice to lease. I was going out of town over the weekend and he let me drive the new CRV to finish my shopping and to show my husband. Then when we decided to lease, he had all the paperwork ready that evening and I drove the car out of town the next day. He was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. I am so pleased. More
