Excellent I brought my car in to get an oil change, the person I met was Anna Mack. Ms. Mack greeted me with a warm smile and friendly tone. First oil Change I recently had my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid in for its first oil and filter change. Initially I was happy with the appearance and customer s I recently had my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid in for its first oil and filter change. Initially I was happy with the appearance and customer service of the dealership as well as the speed of service. However, upon driving the vehicle home I noticed that the maintenance computer had not been reset indicating that my oil was not changed. Out of fear that they didn’t change the oil I peaked under the hood and pulled the dipstick. To my shock and disgust, I found the technician had over filled the oil. As a result I had to crawl under the car and drain the equivalency of a full quart of oil from from the engine. This brought the oil back to the normal range on the dipstick and safe operating condition. Had I not done that the vehicle most likely would have had an engine damage. How does a technician not know that a hybrid requires 4 quarts of oil and not 5?! Can’t trust anyone. Image-1.jpeg More
needed help I have been to Honda for service twice in the last couple of weeks. I had two car issues not caused by Honda, but due to me having service done at ano I have been to Honda for service twice in the last couple of weeks. I had two car issues not caused by Honda, but due to me having service done at another location.. I called Honda for help with the problems and each time they took care of me even though the problems was not caused by them. I had a headlight installed wrong and then had a question as to whether or not an oil change had been done at other location because oil life percentage was reading the same as it did when I took it to be done. Because of Dale Greathouse's kindness and understanding of my frustration with all the service people I came in contact with in my two visits, I now have peace of mind that my car is in good repair and ready for winter. More

airbag replacement I was contacted by Honda to have the airbag replaced because of a recall. We set the appointment, I got a reminder, and then came in. Josh was there t I was contacted by Honda to have the airbag replaced because of a recall. We set the appointment, I got a reminder, and then came in. Josh was there to get every thing started. I left and they completed the work. I got a call telling me it was finished and I drove the rental car back to them. The car was clean and service done as expected. Very nice experience and I plan to be a continuous customer. More
