New Years Eve! My 2012 Honda CRV had reached 100,000 miles which meant time for a service run. I had not prepared for a lengthy stay. (No ride home). Like brand new I brought my car in for regular maintenance as well as to address a bad rotor. It was Saturday afternoon there many cars to be serviced. I was able to get all the work done that afternoon ant my car drives like brand new. The lady I worked with kept me up to date as to the progress of my car service. She was really nice. Service went above and beyond to resolve my issues. I visited Honda World on a day that seemed to be the day the rest of Louisville decided to visit them as well. My issue was minor, the low tire light I visited Honda World on a day that seemed to be the day the rest of Louisville decided to visit them as well. My issue was minor, the low tire light came on. Turns out there was a nail that had gone through the edge of the tire and it couldn’t be repaired. Only having the CRV a little over a month was disappointing. Kathy then informed me that it was covered under warranty and that she was going to get it done quickly so it wasn’t sitting with flat tire. Extremely happy with the quality and speed of service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks More
