Excellent Service Department A few days ago my 2018 Accord told me I needed maintenance, so into Honda World I went. I was greeted by Greyson Henderson. He was very personable an A few days ago my 2018 Accord told me I needed maintenance, so into Honda World I went. I was greeted by Greyson Henderson. He was very personable and helpful with all my questions. I had plenty seeing as how this was my first trip in since I had bought the car last December. My car just needed oil change and tire balance with rotation. The service was done as quickly as it could be done as it was a very busy place. When the service was complete Greyson went over all the details with me and set me up with Holly Pitt as I needed some assistance with my Bluetooth features. Holly was also very kind and did a wonderful job helping me with my questions. I did not have an appointment however Greyson did offer the free shuttle if I did not want to wait there. More

Service Experience I took my car in for a "check engine" light and tire light on my dash. I had not had the car serviced other than oil changes in over a year. I dropp I took my car in for a "check engine" light and tire light on my dash. I had not had the car serviced other than oil changes in over a year. I dropped the car off the night before having left a note of my concerns. Doug West called me first thing in the morning to verify the work I was requesting and advised me to have additional things checked since I had reached the 105,000 mile benchmark. He gave me an estimate of work and said he would call me back if there were any surprises. Once the work was completed he called to say the problem with the "check engine light" was most likely a gas cap problem, much cheaper than the other possible alternatives. I was able to pay my bill online and arranged with Doug to have the shuttle pick me up so I could retrieve my car. He was very professional and courteous throughout my dealings. I would be happy to work with him in the future. More
