Service Good - Electronic Commnunication BAD Service adviser Mike Kavenaugh(sp?) was polite and thorough. Work performed was well done. However the on-line and text message systems are terrible Service adviser Mike Kavenaugh(sp?) was polite and thorough. Work performed was well done. However the on-line and text message systems are terrible. I was unable to get an appointment within an acceptable time window on-line. By phone I got an appointment for the next.day. After the service I received email to my wife's address and multiple text messages to my phone. When responding with "STOP" it triggered another email to acknowledge the request instead of of respecting the desire requested. Also got several text messages about feedback survey. More
