Marcos did a really good job of explaining the extras which could be purchased. It was nice not to have high pressure sales, but it was nice how he explained each time for which we had questions. He sat patiently and waited while we looked through the items to determine if we wanted them. He was also very personable throughout his presentation. When he came to explaining the features on the car he went through each item and made certain we understood. He set up both phones and showed us how to work the console with our phones. He answered all of our questions and took his time with us. He never seemed in a hurry. Marcos made the buying experience very friendly. More
