Marcos did a really good job of explaining the extras which could be purchased. It was nice not to have high pressure sales, but it was nice how he explained each time for which we had questions. When he came to explaining the features on the car he went through each item and made certain we understood. He set up both phones and showed us how to work the console with our phones.
