He was able to hold the car we wanted 1 and 1/2 weeks (with a $1,000 deposit down), which is unheard of at other dealerships. He had our car cleaned out with all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived. We financed a car and left the lot within 2 hours - the quickest, yet most informative time we've had at a dealership. When I started looking for a preowned mini-van from Matt DiCapua at Sam Swope Honda our family had just grown and we were ready to move up from a smaller sedan. They did have the exact preowned mini-van that fit my specific requests (and they were very specific)on their lot. Our salesman, Matt DiCapua looked over all the Sam Swope pre-owned inventory located on their lots across the city. He was patient and diligent when we didn't like the first few selections (because of minor things like exterior color or trim packages)he presented but never tried to push a vehicle on us that we didn't like (no matter how small the issue) or didn't fit our price range. He came up with a perfect match with us that had about 50k on it and we are still very pleased with at over 135k. I was further impressed when Sam Swope Honda went over the van we purchased with their service department and even replaced brakes with no additional charge to us! Also I was planning to sell my vehicle myself thinking I could get more than trading in but Sam Swope Honda gave me a very fair trade-in price and it avoided me the hassle. This was an out-of-state purchase for me. My salesman was Matt DiCapua and he was fabulous. Not only did I get a great price but everything was taken care of over the phone. When I got there, Matt picked me up from the airport (on his day off!)and within 15 minutes I drove off in my new car. They also gave me temporary plates and sent me all the paperwork that I need to register the car in NY. I have never had a better buying experience at a car dealership (and I have bought several Hondas locally in the past). I would highly recommend Sam Swope Honda and Matt DiCapua in particular to anyone who is interested in buying a Honda. More

Went to look for a car, found one,And bought it, I had a very positive experience. When I took the car back for 2 minor issues that I had talked to my salesman about when I bought the car. He was very helpful in explaining to just bring it back and he would see that it got taken care of. I took it back today and they quickly and helpfully took care of me and they answered all my questions. They are all very friendly. I had an issue with the transmission on my civic. Larry kept me up to date and was able to get me some help from American Honda. Car runs great now and hasn't acted up since. Way to go Larry, I wouldn't ever go any place else for service of my two Honda's. They are the best. More
