The dealership was accomodating and not in such a rush to get you to buy their car. Give you plenty of time to make your decision . Also the final sales prices was very reasonable to our budget. Ryan Carter is the reason that I keep returning to this dealership. He has helped me with the purchase of all four cars from this lot as well as other cars from Sam Swope's Big Lot (Ford Escort Z2 for my daughter), and a Mitsubishi Lancer from Sam Swope's Mitsubishi lot. Since I have always received such good service, I have referred several people to this dealership and received the referral bonus. Scott Boggess did an excellent job in finding me the car that I wanted (Honda Civic EXL). Matt DiCapua the salesman who handled the sale and delivery also did an excellent job of getting everything set up for me. Dennis Brimm handled the finance and again, I had a great experience. Sam Swope has a GREAT team in these 4 individuals and I will definitely be a return customer in the future. More
I found out my car was totalled after it sat at another repair shop for one month so I was in a hurry for another car. My husband and I went to Sam Swope Honda late one Friday night about 30 minutes before repair shop for one month so I was in a hurry for another car. My husband and I went to Sam Swope Honda late one Friday night about 30 minutes before closing. We Met Matt and told him we didn't want to go back and forth haggling over a price. We wanted to make an offer and they could take it or leave it. Matt helped us make the offer and then he got it approved and we drove the car away that night. Buying a car can be a painful experience but this was not. I recommend Matt to you if you want to buy a car and you don't like to argue about price. More
