First I would like to give honor to our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. I followed my inner Spirit(gut)to call Mr. David Lail to see if their was something that could be done for a vehilce my son & I had pur Jesus Christ. I left Mr. Lail a message on his mobile & not expecting to hear from him so quickly, he called me back immediately!And from his wife's hospital room, I was truly surprised & impressed! I explained the situation & he got to work & I begin to receive calls from several members of Sam Swope, from Kerry Donavon(VP)Steve Stuber(Director of Sales). When I first called Jamie was very helpful to open a case for me & she notified everyone mentioned above. All parties involved has made a bad situation an Amazing One for me & my family! My son is like a new man. He was allowed to get this vehicle checked out by a machanic he trusted & all turned out to be a positive deal for him. He is HAPPY again only because each of you at Sam Swope listened to me & my son & you had a heart to believe & understand what we were feeeling here. As a team & family Sam Swope stepped up to the plate & accepted responsibility to make this situation gone bad a truly great one for us. All I can say right now is, I am so glad I made that call Mon. Nov. 12, 2012! Thanks to each of you for a Joyous New Year coming, 2013. My son really deserved this & I was willing & ready to do all I had to do for this mission to be accomplished with VICTORY! as it was. Peace to each of you & your families this Holiday Season. This was the first time I have purchased a car on my own s for the excellent professional and friendly service I received from Sam Swope Honda World. This was the first time I have purchased a car on my own since my husband passed away. Past experiences with other dealership and high pressured deals have left dreading the idea of buying another car. David Lail and Andre Uchitel at Sam Swope Honda World came highly recommended to me as the sales people I needed to see. I have worked in customer service for 30+ yrs and know quality customer service is hard to get in today's world. However, I must say Daid Lail, Ben Marlin and Andre Uchitel were very professional and went beyond measure to provide me with excellent customer service. They listened to what I said and and found the exact car I wanted to meet my needs. I found the staff to be friendly professional people. They provide numerous choices of cars at very affordable prices. Sales were not high pressure and were handled in such a manner that it made my car buying experience easy and stress free. The dealership is clean and inviting in appearance. I left there feeling that I had made the right choice and in the future my car will be serviced professionally. I will highly recommend Sam Swope Honda World, David Lail, Ben Marlin and Andre Uchitel to my family and friends. I love my new Civic Sedan EX. More

Mark Dutton was very kind and thoughtful. He was not pushy, in which, I really appreciated. He took his time in explaining everything to me. I bought a new Accord from Sam Swope Honda and had great experience. I worked Richard Thompson as my sales person, he great knowledge of the product and was so easy to work with. One of their finance managers, David Lail is finance King! One of those guys that reads financial contracts for fun. He spoke with me to see what my priorities was in financing and got me an amazing rate. He even came back later in the process with a lower rate, he went the extra mile. Lastly I worked with Rick Lewis, former Army Ranger and a super cool guy to go through additional purchasing options in terms of additional warranty and protection. Rick was able to offer me products customized to my needs for a good price. While working with each of these guys, them seemed to be experts in their field, I never felt pressured in anyway and it was an enjoyable process. I would definitely recommend Sam Swope Honda and specifically each one of the aforementioned individuals to work with when buying your next new Honda. More

When my family and I went to Sam swope to purchase two cars, we were greeted right at the door by mr dutton, he was very helpful and showed us the best deals and helped us find the best cars within our pr cars, we were greeted right at the door by mr dutton, he was very helpful and showed us the best deals and helped us find the best cars within our price range and that worked best for us. He was very knowledgable with all the cars shown to us, and I felt that no matter the question, if it was concerning one of the cars on the lot, no matter what type of question it was, he would've been able to give me a saticfactural answer. I purchased my brother's 2010 Honda Accord at the end of its lease. Car was in good shape, and to make it easier to get the tax, registration and title work done we ran the purchase through Swope, where he its lease. This also included a "Honda Certified" inspection to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that we did not previously identify. I liked that and was another reason to work through the dealer. My experience was good, but not great, so I can't recommend. This is because of the little things. When I say little, I really do min little, and you can decide if I am being overly picky about this. First, one of the interior lights (driver side) was not working. I asked as part of the inspection to have this repaired. The sales person said he would ask for this to be fixed but it was not. So I will have to take my care somewhere to get this fixed or do it myself. Second, one of the keys wireless locking, unlocking and trunk release buttons would only work intermittently. I asked if this could be fixed, and the sales person said he would also ask for this to be fixed. Again, it was not fixed, so will have to take care of this myself and likely at my own expense, which I know is not inexpensive. Third, one of the tires was losing air pressure quickly, and the sales person said that it would be fixed and they would tell me what the issue was. I forgot to ask about this when I went to pick up the car, but there was no information provided to me about what was causing the air to leak, nor what was done to correct the problem. So my fault for not asking, but not good by Sam Swope to not provide the information. This makes me question somewhat the "Honda Certified" inspection and how detailed it is. Finally, the detailing that I paid for ($150) so that the car would look as new and clean as possible, was not done properly. I noticed some dirt and stains on the top of the steering wheel column, that should have been seen by someone who detailed my car. So you can now see what I mean by being picky. But these are the small types of things, in my opinion, that a dealer can and should do correctly if they want buyers to come back and want those buyers to recommend their dealership to other people. These small items took my experience from being outstanding and one that I would recommend to others, to an experience that was good, but not great. More
