Customer service I have been a customer of Sam Swope Honda World for 10 years. I bought my first Honda from Nick Woodson in 2004. As a single mom of two young children I have been a customer of Sam Swope Honda World for 10 years. I bought my first Honda from Nick Woodson in 2004. As a single mom of two young children, I was nervous about buying a car on my own however Nick's hospitality and personal service made my experience easy. I recently leased a car from Nick and once again I am satisfied. I have recommended Nick to my parents and friends who have also commented on how much they enjoyed working with Nick and the team at Sam Swope. More
I went to Sam Swope Honda World because of an e-mail blast about leasing. I test drove 2 cars. I found the people to be pleasant and not pushy, the dealership clean and not overpowering. When I went back to strike a deal the experience was good and I left with a car and a payment I could live with. They worked hard to get a deal for me. Thanks to the free inspection check offered by the dealership, they found out that my rear break pad(driver side) needs to be replaced. My Top New Car Buying Experience! I have had a lot of good to very good auto purchase experiences, and I have had some that were atrocious. But my overall view of this experience with I have had a lot of good to very good auto purchase experiences, and I have had some that were atrocious. But my overall view of this experience with Nick Woodson and Sam Swope Honda has to be at the top of my list of best experiences. In purchasing our new Accord, Nick catered to every question, every request, and all of the test drives, research, and minutiae that we threw at him. And he did so with patience, professionalism, and kindness. I do not recall any automotive purchase experiences where I have declined some additional feature, option, or service without the sales person or business person pushing back and debating why I should spend money on such an item. But at Sam Swope they listened to me, accepted my responses, and worked with me to solve any requests - features, pricing, and in-between. It's absolutely refreshing, and is the way ALL car buying experiences should be. Well done, Nick and Sam Swope. You have a new loyal customer! More

When she arrived at Sam Swope for the surprise and saw the bow and I told her the car was for her, her reaction was priceless. It was the absolute perfect moment I had had been hoping for. THANK YOU Nick Woodson and Sam Swope Honda World for making that happen!!!!!!!!!!!! Sam Swope salesman and Managment rock... My wife and I brought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord for 25,000.00, a year into ownership the tires are feathering for some reason and car starts a lou My wife and I brought a brand new 2013 Honda Accord for 25,000.00, a year into ownership the tires are feathering for some reason and car starts a loud rumbling while driving down highway. After dealership service claims that they have fixed the problem that caused the tires to feather; they tell me and my wife we must purchase a set of brand new tires to stop the rumbling. Where was....the customer service? or assistance in resolving the problem. We had stopped driving the car and left it at the dealership. Very soon afterwards we heard from our salesman Jim Hubert, he placed us in contact with management (Mike Porro) who quickly resolved our problem, and apologized for an event that turned out to be a teaching moment for the Sam Swope service dept. The cost of tires were taken care of, along with it came a courteously placed apology to my wife and I from Jim and Mike. This is my second new Honda from Sam Swope, and won't be my families last I felt they really performed outstandingly for a customer who potentially could have been lost More
Dave rocks!! I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership and received a call from Dave that they had found an impact bubble on the I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left the dealership and received a call from Dave that they had found an impact bubble on the inside of the front passenger tire and the tire needed to be replaced. I mentioned that the back driver's side tire also appeared to be leaking air. Dave priced a new tire for me and I approved the service. He then called me back and said that he had good news for me because they were going to be able to replace my tire for free due to some warranty on the car when I had purchased it (don't remember exactly what) and they had found the leak in my other tire which they were also going to able to fix free of charge. He always is very friendly and goes above and beyond to address any issues I have. I definitely will be continuing to be a customer! More

I was comparing this vehicle with another like kind and NIck was able to negotiate on our behalf to making the Honda CR-V worthy of the purchase. He was thorough in explaining everything the Honda CR-V had to offer. He negotiated hard for us and we both ended up happy with the deal. He went over every thing on the vehicle and what it does. Keith Mendenhall did a good job explaining again after the purchase how to work everything on the vehicle as well as sync my phone for me to the SUV. This our second vehicle in the last 20 years with Sam Swope. Guess we didn't walk away! Thanks Nick for you help on this purchase. We do appreciate all your help. More

Our salesman, Ryan Anderson, was wonderful and kept in contact with us while we were making our decision. He even sent us a short video of himself with our selection. The sales manager, Chuck helped make us a great deal..not a lot of back and forth over price. Billy helped us through all the financial paperwork and Delivery specialist Brittany helped me with al the tech features as I am not tech savvy. Would highly recommend Ryan and Sam Swope Honda to anyone in the market for a new car. More
