It doesn't get any better than this! We had bought our new Honda CRV in 2003 and a new Civic in 2004 from Mike and had a great experience. When it was time to upgrade the Civic to a bigger vehicle (Odyssey), I called Mike. He wasn't able to help because of an emergency. He took the time to refer me to Nick Woodson. Nick was very professional and to the point. He had it all done in about 30 minutes! I can't buy a pair of shoes that quick! We are not only life long Honda owners, because of Nick and Mike and the service department, we will be life long Sam Swope Honda customers!! More

I never felt pressured, and as I made tough decisions (used vs new; suv vs car; price, etc.) about my purchase, Marshall continued to listen, giving much needed support (not pushy advice about particular vehicles) that allowed me to fully understand my options. I also enjoyed talking to the finance manager. Though we had a deal to make, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Finally, the delivery assistant helped me understand features of my car (bluetooth, syncing, etc.). I already look forward to doing business here in the future!!! More
