I'm a car guy and did lots of research b Again I had a great experience getting the oil changed on my 2013 Honda Accord 4cyl direct injection engine. I'm a car guy and did lots of research before purchasing my new Accord from Sam Swope Honda. With my oil changes I always spend time looking over the new Honda floor models and asking questions. My only complaint ( which I have experienced time and time again ) is that the salesmen DO NOT understand if a model is direct injection or not. Last year I was told the new CR-V was direct injection. Wrong. (The salesman looked at the window info sticker and assumed since it was the same size engine as on the Accord that it must be the same exact engine). This year I was told the new Civic I was looking at was direct injection. Wrong again. . I find it frustrating that seasoned salesmen do not seem to truly understand the new Honda direct-injection technology, and if a new model even has it or not.. This is my ONLY complaint and I will likely buy my next Accord from Sam Swope. More

Although Rodney brought in management (thanks Richard) we were never pressured to purchase.
