Stellar Customer Service Led By Marshall Dean My 19 year old son, after saving his money, went to Honda World to purchase his first car. He was eager to do this on his own. He worked with Marshall My 19 year old son, after saving his money, went to Honda World to purchase his first car. He was eager to do this on his own. He worked with Marshall to purchase the car he wanted. The transaction was seamless and, needless to say, he was excited. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the vehicle. Obviously, my son was extremely disappointed. We promptly gave Marshall a call and explained the situation. The next day Marshall, after doing some leg work on his end, told us to bring the car back and we could pick out another vehicle. We went in that same day and came home with another car. Once again, Marshall took care of us. Note that the dealership had no obligation to help us. That's the difference between them and other less reputable dealers around town. So, in the end, thanks to Marshall and the management team at Honda World, my son had a pleasant buying experience and learned a life lesson about dealing with reputable people and businesses. More

Wow, are you kidding me, this place is awesome. For several decades I have gone to Michael Tires Plus for oil changes and tires on our 3 cars. Our Honda had the yellow check engine the light on so I For several decades I have gone to Michael Tires Plus for oil changes and tires on our 3 cars. Our Honda had the yellow check engine the light on so I went to Tires Plus, they hooked it up and said it was a infold manifold which would cost $900.00 to replace. Normally I would tell them to go ahead and fix it BUT I thought that is a lot of money so I went to Honda. They were VERY nice and said yes that was something that needed to be fixed and there was something else. They estimated it to be about $400.00. I was shocked and said to do it. When I saw the final bill I almost had to pick my dentures up off the floor...Oh my gosh...$349.00. I can't wait for something else to go wrong so I can come back. More
