Review of my overall experience with Sam Swope Honda I have had the pleasure of working with amazing people during the past 15 years at Sam Swope Honda. I just finishing leasing my new 2016 Honda Civic I have had the pleasure of working with amazing people during the past 15 years at Sam Swope Honda. I just finishing leasing my new 2016 Honda Civic and it could not have been a nicer experience from start to finish. I have leased both my 2013 and now my 2016 Civic and worked with Lollie Reiss both times. She is truly a delight to work with - so pleasant, patient and answers all of my questions and put me at ease. I have driven off the lot in my new car and would not do business with anyone but Sam Swope Honda. My delivery Brittany Goldberg was also wonderful to work with. She explained all of the various features of my new car, took her time with me and answered all of my many questions. I cannot say enough good things about Sam Swope Honda World. Everyone I have ever dealt with from your sales folks to your service folks - it has been a true pleasure. That is why after all of these years I keep coming back. Great service!! More

Recent Purchase I had a good experience with both Honda World and with Sam Hall as a sales representative. In honesty the sale of the vehicle was made easy because I was there to buy. I was shown a new Honda Pilot but there were no units on the lot that could be purchased. I was then shown the used inventory on Honda Pilots which was more to my liking. I found a used unit with low miles that fit my budget and was in very good shape. After the test drive there was nothing more to do than finalize the purchase. It was quite nice that Sam was able to get an Ipad for us while there to watch games in the NCAA tournament. Overall the experience was good and the selection of slightly used vehicles was excellent. More

Great car, Excellent service! Came to Honda World today with no high expectations of actually purchasing a vehicle. When I got there I was treated with great respect and friendly service. I didn't feel like I was being judged by the way I looked or dressed, and I felt extremely comfortable with my car dealer Megan Addison! She was very courteous, straight forward and approachable. On top of the friendly and professional atmosphere, the cars pretty much sold themselves! I was sold the first second I laid eyes on these cars and of course Megan explained all the included perks and options with the certified Honda vehicles. It felt like it was too good to be true. But long story short I did end up purchasing a practically brand new car with only 1,951 miles on it. It was stylish and drove very nice. I'm definitely recommending this car lot to my friends and relatives. When I decide to upgrade or trade in my vehicle (hopefully not for many years) I will be coming back to this dealership! I couldn't stop smiling all day. Great car buying experience and one heck of a great customer service. You couldn't ask for more. :) More
