I was a little worried since the change of ownership, but this dealership is if anything better than ever. Vehicle Upgrade Manager Nick Hinton gave a very good offer on my trade and a great deal on my new Accord, and Manager Lamont Chandler made it happen. Both of these gentlemen are charming, professional, fun, and were a pleasure to work with. My salesman Ryan Anderson shared his excellent knowledge of the new Accord, showing me features like the remote start, AndroidAuto/AppleCarplay, etc., etc. We also went on a very nice test drive. Delivery Specialist Jimmy Moreill went over the owners manual, as well as other features on the Accord, and paired my phone to the car. Finally, Finance Director Kevin Carter did a wonderful job with all of my paperwork, explaining everything clearly. He was even nice about it when I turned down the extended warranty. It was actually fun to spend time with Kevin, which is a first for me when it comes to F & I. Overall, a great experience at Honda World. Thanks guys! More

During the car buying process we had a medica emergency and the staff helped out in every way they could. Brittany did not leave our side until the EMTs arrived. When we came back several days later to pick up our new car Hannah went over the entire car in-detail so we would know how to use all of the new technology that our old car didn't have. We had a great experience and they will have our business for life. More

While I would prefer a root canal to purchasing a car, Daniel (or DK) made the entire experience very pleasant. We already have a 2015 Honda Odyssey and so are familiar with the quality service at Honda World, I would readily recommend Daniel Kannady and Honda World for your next car [purchase. Thanks DK! More

Ryan Anderson assisted us by being observant and steering us towards a vehicle that would be more comfortable for us and that better suits our needs. He noticed that I was having a little difficulty getting into and out of the Civic and Accord, which were my chosen vehicles. He steered us towards the CRV. It was much easier to get into and out of, plus it was a better fit for our travels. We loved our Accord Sport. But, every time we drive the CRV, we like it more and more. Ryan was very observant and in tune with what would best suit our needs. He is professional yet friendly at the same time. He did a great job of meeting our needs. Hannah Thompson was a very big help with the technical issues. She paired my cell phone with the blue tooth option. She also explained some of the newer features that we were not familiar with. Hannah was willing to answer all questions and wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied before we left. She even helped us transfer our belongings from our old vehicle to the new one. Last but not least, Billy Somers was very friendly, professional and efficient at getting all of the paperwork in order and signed. We were in a bit of a hurry and he made sure that we were able to get all of the paperwork completed in a very timely manner. We also had contact with Mr. Hinton and the sales manager, Lamont. Both were pleasant and professional. Overall, we felt that we had an excellent car buying experience. More
