By the time I arrived, Caleb was out front waiting for me with the keys for the car I was interested in. We went on a test drive. During this, he wasn’t trying to upsell this car to me. He was very low pressure, which I love. When we got back, I told him I wanted to buy the car. From the time I walked in to the time I left was 2 hours. Best time ever at a dealership. Caleb was helpful and explained everything. I can’t speak well enough about him. Then was the time for the finance office. The part we all dread. Cam Meredith was the finance manager that dealt with me. He was very helpful and explained everything. He did his job and attempted to upsell all of the extra services, but he was low pressure about it. Once I said no, he didn’t keep pushing me. Dorottya Fellegi was my delivery specialist who helped me get everything set up and walked me through all the features. I appreciate this service. I find myself to be technically savvy, but these specialist know about all the quirks and features. Overall amazing experience. I will be back. More
