Superb Service and the WOW factor. We had been looking for a used car for quite sometime. We had put a down payment on one at another dealership because we were tired of looking. I l We had been looking for a used car for quite sometime. We had put a down payment on one at another dealership because we were tired of looking. I looked on line on Sunday at 6 am and came across exactly we had been wanting. We proceeded to get our act together and drive over 2 hours one way to Honda World dealership. I sent message about car through the online link and receive a message about 30 minutes before dealership was even open for business. The online service hooked us up with Chris Stomberg our Salesman. He called as we were driving down. He answered all our questions and had that car washed and waiting for us to take it for a spin. We loved the entire process from start to finish. Honda World has it down to a science. We got financing on a Sunday they had proper forms for taxes and title for our state. We will refer Chris to friends and family and we will be back for our next vehicle when we need one. Thank you for everything. More

Service on my car I took my car to Sam Swope for a recall and an oil change. While checking things to make sure everything was ok they found that my back left wheel bea I took my car to Sam Swope for a recall and an oil change. While checking things to make sure everything was ok they found that my back left wheel bearing was bad and that my tire was actually loose. They actually prevented what could have been a dangerous situation. They went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. The advisor I was assigned to was Debra Judd and she did a great job. More

Above and Beyond My Expectations Back in 2014 I leased a new Honda Accord at Honda World (then Sam Swope Honda) and my sales representative was Marshall Dean. I was immediately imp Back in 2014 I leased a new Honda Accord at Honda World (then Sam Swope Honda) and my sales representative was Marshall Dean. I was immediately impressed with Marshall because he was so down to earth, attentive to what I was looking for, AND he was not aggressive or pushy while I was on the car lot. This was my biggest concern when I made the decision to start shopping for a new car. So you can imagine how relieved I was having him working with me. I drove away that day with my Honda, extremely happy with my car as well as the superb service I received from Marshall as well as everyone involved in this purchase (lease). However, this is only a small part of my story - it only gets better. When I leased my car in 2014 my credit was excellent and has been for many years. In 2015 I became ill and had to leave work on FMLA for a few months. The major portion of this time was leave without pay because I had exhausted my sick and annual leave going to medical appointments. My medical issue was incurred while on active duty in the Navy and which I am 90% Service Connected. I was able to retire from the Navy after seventeen years and have worked full time at the local VA Medical Center since my retirement in 1997. Unfortunately, I was forced to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy but was allowed to keep my house and the Honda. When the lease ended in September of this year I knew it would be a long shot to purchase it due to my credit. But again, Marshall Dean worked with me and there are not enough words to tell you how this man kept me from feeling humiliated, demeaned or embarrassed. He was on the phone daily doing everything possible to help me buy this car. He not only had to find someone willing to finance the car BUT also agree to the interest rate allowed by the Bankruptcy Court. The allowable interest rate was 3% lower than what the financial company was asking but Marshall worked his magic and they approved it. Marshall was on the phone with me almost daily keeping me updated and providing guidance on the paperwork I needed and giving me encouragement. I can tell you much more about what a terrific person Marshall is, but I think you clearly have an idea of what a valuable individual you have representing your company. Lastly and to me, most importantly, Marshall made it possible for me to have a reliable car which I know will keep me on the road for quite a long time. I am 59 years old, divorced and still working full time. Without this car I would not be able to work and could very possibly lose my home. My job at the Veterans Administration Medical Center is 22 miles one way and a bus just would not get me there on time. I was in tears as I drove off the lot with my car, and I truly believe a different scenario would have taken place if not for Mr. Dean. I will absolutely recommend this dealership, and Marshall Dean, to anyone I know that is in the market for a car. My sincerest regards, Carol Wells More
