Knowing that the dealership closes at 8pm, they let me schedule an appointment on a Friday at 6:30pm. I had a sensitive situation where I needed a car quickly, but didn't want to rush my choices. I had looked at other Honda's in town, and left either offended, annoyed, or plain ignored. Not only did Thomas let me know that it was okay to take my time, he smiled and kept reassuring me. Thomas also listened, and really led a "no pressure" experience. Very conversational, and actually transparent. I left that evening purchasing a vehicle I love! I was there until 9 that evening, and I did feel guilty maybe embarking on someones Friday night plans, Thomas and everyone else were happy to help me. In the end I was respected, listened to, and now have the best vehicle for me all from Honda World. More
