I test drove the car that I eventually bought right before they closed one night. He texted me the next day instead of calling which I loved! It was so easy every time that I thought of a question to just shoot him a quick text rather than calling the dealership, asking for him, waiting on hold, and then him possibly not even being available. I loved that I was able to ask questions while I was thinking of them. It gave me assurance that I didn’t forget to ask anything. I would (and have already) highly recommend Jordan! Great things to say about the lot too! I will definitely be starting my next car search at Honda World. I purchased the maintenance package with my car and feel like that will be well worth the money. I feel really great about the car that I bought. It is in great condition, clean, and I feel like I got a really fair price on it. More

That's great customer service he helped me with the vehicle that I wanted. The vehicle did not have a owner's manual and I was having problems with some of the features of a car. Chris looked up everything on YouTube and found the answers to all my questions then called me at home to explain them to me. That's going above and beyond the job. With the recent mechanical failure of my previous car, I was in a hurry to purchase a new one and did not have time to dawdle due to my demanding job. Mr. Seeforth made the whole car buying experience enjoyable on such short notice. His down-to-earth demeanor and knowledge of the dealerships stock made purchasing a car that very night feel hassle free. Car purchase I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic SI from Semsa Rizvic in December 2017. My experience was very good. The service I received from Sesma was outstanding I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic SI from Semsa Rizvic in December 2017. My experience was very good. The service I received from Sesma was outstanding because I simply did not have much time because my job requires me to be on call after 1700hrs. When I arrived Sesma was to the point telling me exactly what Honda world had in my request for a manual transmission and within my price range. Coming from out of town and not knowing anything about the layout of the lot she escorted me to what I wanted to shop for to area where the car was located. She was right down to business in giving me the information I was seeking about the history and records. She worked with me to get the car detailed, the price I was after, and to even take the car home without having to make another trip all the way up from approximately one hour away in commute time to the dealership from home. I made it back home in a timely manner to be available for my job if called out. I would recommend Sesma for a buying and shopping experience because she was prompt, polite, diligent, honest, timely, efficient, and willing to work with whoever in getting their next vehicle.
