Like brand new I brought my car in for regular maintenance as well as to address a bad rotor. It was Saturday afternoon there many cars to be serviced. I was able to I brought my car in for regular maintenance as well as to address a bad rotor. It was Saturday afternoon there many cars to be serviced. I was able to get all the work done that afternoon ant my car drives like brand new. The lady I worked with kept me up to date as to the progress of my car service. She was really nice. Now that's customer service. Other companies need to take a page out of your book. More

The car was like new with low mileage, and after getting it checked out by an independent mechanic, they confirmed what the dealership was telling me already...the car was in excellent condition. I highly recommend the Big Lot and Chris based on this experience and plan to return for my car upgrade coming up soon :) More

Ryan was straight up and worked with me to purchase a 2019 CRV-EXL that met my needs. Ryan is a man of integrity and brings honor to a profession that gets a bad reputation due to shady practices BUT not at Honda World. Ryan Anderson is values based and truly cares about the customers he works with. This is the second vehicle second vehicle I purchased this year from Ryan and third overall from the dealership when I assisted my daughter with her purchase in January 2018. Jeani Bratton in Finance is also outstanding. Extremely efficient and does not waste your time after explaining the financing and extended warranty additions options. I worked with Jeani on all three vehicle purchases this year and she is an expert. Again, nothing but the best ratings for Jeanie Tailor Tandy (TT) is on top of her game showing people how to operate the multiple functions the vehicle has and easily paired up our phones and showed us how all of the technological functions worked with our CRV. I enjoyed learning from Tailor and she is a true asset to the Honda World dealership. Great customer interaction and she exudes confidence in every area. More

Blake Beard was the Delivery Specialist that explained all of the features of the vehicle. Blake was very efficient and and professional.
