Outstanding service from beginning to end I have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership. From the front desk greeter who went to get me a model to review because there was not an immediate salesperson to assist me, to the salesperson (Lollie Reiss) who did not rush or pressure me, was personal and worked to get me a deal I could afford. The model expert who preset my car's features to my desired settings and took me through all of the features and then to the credit manager who was personable and helpful, EVERYONE made me feel welcome and appreciated. Can't imagine a better end to end experience and was happy with my deal. More

Everyone, he, his supervisor, the finance man I recently purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V from Tom Seeforth. He made it a pleasant experience all around. Everyone, he, his supervisor, the finance manager and her supervisor, and even the owner of the dealership made me feel welcome and valued. Two days after purchase, I asked what the noise was in the rear end and they put the car into the service dept. JD was very professional, finding it needed two new rear struts. That seems like a major repair for a fairly new car with 16,000 miles, which makes me nervous as to what other problems the car may have, but they took care of it quickly and efficiently. No more noise. Tom is an excellent salesman. More
