Service Experience I took my car in for a "check engine" light and tire light on my dash. I had not had the car serviced other than oil changes in over a year. I dropp I took my car in for a "check engine" light and tire light on my dash. I had not had the car serviced other than oil changes in over a year. I dropped the car off the night before having left a note of my concerns. Doug West called me first thing in the morning to verify the work I was requesting and advised me to have additional things checked since I had reached the 105,000 mile benchmark. He gave me an estimate of work and said he would call me back if there were any surprises. Once the work was completed he called to say the problem with the "check engine light" was most likely a gas cap problem, much cheaper than the other possible alternatives. I was able to pay my bill online and arranged with Doug to have the shuttle pick me up so I could retrieve my car. He was very professional and courteous throughout my dealings. I would be happy to work with him in the future. More

He had several recommendations, but I never felt pressured to follow through with any of those if I didn't like them. He worked with me to get me the car/color I wanted in an extremely timely fashion. I was dreading the buying experience, but Ryan made it easy. Once I decided to buy the car, Mike Munoz worked with me on the financing and all my options. He also, did an incredible job explaining all my financing options and warranties/extended warranties. Once purchasing was completed, Solomon Sandalo took on the task of explaining/setting up all the features in my car. As a person that is not used to most of the current features of my car, Solomon took his time explaining and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He made everything seem so easy.
