DO NOT work with Robbie Britain AT ALL! Did the paper work wrong 3-4 times and then yelled at us that they close at 6 and we kept him until 6:30 pm. Also got angry and annoyed when he realized we are not work wrong 3-4 times and then yelled at us that they close at 6 and we kept him until 6:30 pm. Also got angry and annoyed when he realized we are not going to finance with them, told us that he is the best at getting finance deals since he sells 350-400 cars every month and knows what is best FOR US! We were not working directly with him, not sure how he even got involved, stay away from him, he will ruin your day, did for us! Maybe we caught him on a wrong day, at the wrong time, but that is NOT how customers need to be treated! More

Poor customer service. My car was not fixed and then when I called back to report symptoms that I was having, I felt like my concerns were being brushed off. My symptoms got worse and I had another mech when I called back to report symptoms that I was having, I felt like my concerns were being brushed off. My symptoms got worse and I had another mechanic look at it and they said it was related to the first issue. When I called to talk to a manager, she was rude to me right off the bat. I do not recommend at all. More

So Sad and Disappointed!! I've been a loyal customer of Sam Swope Honda World / Honda World since 2006. I took my children there to buy their 1st cars and I've really enjoyed their service center...until Sam Swope Honda World / Honda World since 2006. I took my children there to buy their 1st cars and I've really enjoyed their service center...until my last visit. I buy Honda's because they are reliable like no other car. Took my car down for routine maintenance (Oil change, tire rotation, etc.). It went well. Paid my bill and left. FF 30 days, dashboard sensors say its time for more routine maintenance so I took it back to have them look at why this is happening. "We failed to reset the sensor. So sorry, ma'am!" Problem is fixed so I happily leave. FF two more weeks and the car is making a grinding sound which has never happened ever and now the oil light is coming on! My car was was working overtime under the hood! It was LOUD! I checked my oil and there was barely any oil in my engine. I was furious. I called and explained my problem and they say "We need to check it again to make sure that's what happened" but it occurs to me when I brought it back two weeks ago (30 days after they worked on it) that no one noticed I was losing oil so rapidly. No one said 'we had to top off your oil. You're having too much oil consumption', which is the excuse they gave on the phone. I had to bring my car all the way back to Honda World, made an appt, and booked a rental car and they couldn't even check their work! Never in the history of my 2012 Honda, has it made a distressed sound except after the last visit to Honda World. Since I figured out the problem on my own it hasn't made a sound since. I no longer trust them with my car or feel like I should give them a 3rd chance to put my finances and safety at risk. They take zero responsibility. Zero. Now I need a reliable trust worthy mechanic. I'm taking suggestions More
My parents bought a car from Honda World. Robbie was amazing. So helpful and always going above and beyond to meet our needs. When I had a question he returned our text or call very quickly.
