I came in looking for a new 2021 Honda Civic sport hatchback in the sonic grey pearl color. Honda World had one coming in, so I put a deposit down and came in when it was delivered and bought it. A 5 star review is too low. These people go above and beyond. After going to 3 separate Kia dealers and 2 Chrysler dealers these people are the only ones that were interested in selling a car. We had a great experience at the Honda World service center. Our air conditioning went out and we brought the car in with no appointment but they took it right in anyway. Since we didn't have an appoint center. Our air conditioning went out and we brought the car in with no appointment but they took it right in anyway. Since we didn't have an appointment, they had to work it in with the other cars but took great care of it and promptly too. Debra kept us informed of what was going on at least once a day which I did not expect. I suppose you could ask for better but I don't know where you would find it. Great job guys!!!!! More
