From reserving a vehicle to the delivery of the vehicle all of the Honda World Staff were great! Lollies Reiss, my sales rep, kept me informed during the sales process until my vehicle was delivered. Once delivered Marcos Rodriquez, the Tech Rep, set up several tech features for me and showed me how to use the functions before I left the dealership. Ryan Carter, the Finance Rep got me a lower finance rate, had all of my paper work ready for signature and explained all of the financial aspects of buying the vehicle. This was one of the most painless car buying experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was all very accommodating and thorough, willing to answer any and all questions I had. Lewis was very prompt with getting the car ready for me, as it had to be delivered from the assembly plant. Dorottya was also excellent in showing me many features of the car, features I probably wouldn’t have known how to use or even existed had she not shown me properly- because these Honda’s are very techy. We had a great experience at Honda World my daughter was in the market for a CRV and they were able to get the car she needed at the price she was willing to pay. The main thing I was impressed with as Hond in the market for a CRV and they were able to get the car she needed at the price she was willing to pay. The main thing I was impressed with as Honda World is not over charge for dealer prep. And they give you very nice add-ons to the vehicle. I will definitely be buying my next Honda from them. More
