After my service was finished I realized that the gas cap had been cut from its tie that attached it to the car. When I called the next day I was told that no one knows why and the service I got didn’t requi had been cut from its tie that attached it to the car. Then told I would have to wait until Monday, it was Saturday, because it would have to be handled by a manager and no managers work on the weekend. To me this is extremely unprofessional, but more than anything it bothers me that they couldn’t tell me the reason it happened! And the fact that after I called and the sales department sent me to the service center they left me on hold then sent me to a voice mailbox 4 times. Before I finally got to speak to someone. Probably only because I left a voicemail saying that I was between their hours of operation listed in the voice mailbox and I was going to keep calling until I spoke to someone. At this point, keep in mind I was unaware that there were apparently no managers on duty, or that damage to my car done during a service request needed a manager to be made right. All in all, not impressed and most likely will never be back for either a car or another service. More
