Brian Trimble was an excellent salesman and made the purchasing experience comfortable and low pressure. I feel like I was able to work out a fair price as well. I was also very impressed with the Delivery Specialist, Caleb Morton. He showed me around my new car and was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the experience I received from Brian and Caleb and would recommend them to anyone. I have only removed one star because of a few experiences that were less than desirable. At one point during my initial visit to the dealership, a supervisor approached me during the middle of our negotiations and pressured me to make a decision now or leave, as they were closing up. As purchasing a car is such a big decision, it felt slightly rude and abrupt to put that kind of pressure on me and almost cost my business. Brian and Caleb made up for this experience though, and that's appreciated. More

Got my quote from Costco and when we arrived at Honda World they had a copy of this quote also. The price Costco quoted was the price I paid. Sales people were friendly and accommodating. Beau Andrews and Tailor Tandy made the purchase of my CRV easy and almost enjoyable. Tailor was very patient with us and answered all our questions with a smile. If I should need another vehicle in the future I will definitely buy from Honda World. More
