First oil Change I recently had my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid in for its first oil and filter change. Initially I was happy with the appearance and customer s I recently had my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid in for its first oil and filter change. Initially I was happy with the appearance and customer service of the dealership as well as the speed of service. However, upon driving the vehicle home I noticed that the maintenance computer had not been reset indicating that my oil was not changed. Out of fear that they didn’t change the oil I peaked under the hood and pulled the dipstick. To my shock and disgust, I found the technician had over filled the oil. As a result I had to crawl under the car and drain the equivalency of a full quart of oil from from the engine. This brought the oil back to the normal range on the dipstick and safe operating condition. Had I not done that the vehicle most likely would have had an engine damage. How does a technician not know that a hybrid requires 4 quarts of oil and not 5?! Can’t trust anyone. Image-1.jpeg More

Excellent service We were experiencing a weird rolling noise up front whenever the car was moving, but it was definitely not an engine noise. This had happened just as We were experiencing a weird rolling noise up front whenever the car was moving, but it was definitely not an engine noise. This had happened just as we had changed our tires for new ones. At the local Big O Tires they told me that a wheel rim was at fault and we changed it. But the noise continued. So we went to Honda World and Mike discovered that a wheel beariing was to blame for it. Further he established tht this was a warranty covered repair. I am now very happy because no more noise. More
Kindest salesperson ever As fate would have it, there was a reason I found Honda World and Eric E. Having been in a wreck that left my car totaled (no injuries) I was in the As fate would have it, there was a reason I found Honda World and Eric E. Having been in a wreck that left my car totaled (no injuries) I was in the market for a new car with no idea of what to get. Eric was kind and patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I looked at cars for days all over the city and wanted to purchase from Honda World solely on the salesperson and his commitment and dedication to doing a fine job. I applaud Eric and the kindness and honesty he demonstrates, not only as a salesman, but clearly the way he lives his life. You see, I eventually realized that the reason Eric looked familiar to me was because he was a Good Samaritan who stopped at my wreck the week before to check on the Parties involved and offer assistance. The unfortunate end to the story is that I didn’t end up with a Honda because of the time crunch I was in...but I will always remember that Eric was the best salesperson we have ever worked with! I deeply regret not being able to give him the sale. Best of luck to a fine young man! More
needed help I have been to Honda for service twice in the last couple of weeks. I had two car issues not caused by Honda, but due to me having service done at ano I have been to Honda for service twice in the last couple of weeks. I had two car issues not caused by Honda, but due to me having service done at another location.. I called Honda for help with the problems and each time they took care of me even though the problems was not caused by them. I had a headlight installed wrong and then had a question as to whether or not an oil change had been done at other location because oil life percentage was reading the same as it did when I took it to be done. Because of Dale Greathouse's kindness and understanding of my frustration with all the service people I came in contact with in my two visits, I now have peace of mind that my car is in good repair and ready for winter. More
