Honda actually wasn’t my first choice, but I felt other dealers weren’t as open with me about pricing and rates, and I left each one feeling frustrated about the process. As a single woman, I had to be wary of strategies that could be used to take advantage. My former vehicle had been totaled, so a new car purchase had not been on my radar. I was even nervous about getting back on the road. The customer experience I had at Honda World made me excited about my new car and about driving again. Randy is the nicest salesman in the entire world, Brendan was not intimidating like most finance managers can be, and Rob was so much fun. The process from sales to finance to delivery was genuine and transparent. I felt valued and respected, and my new Honda HR-V is beautiful. Very happy! More

Usually they don't really care about the customer only the sale. Damon was recommended by Gabriella. I hope that's the right name. Damon was so friendly from start to finish, also sincere and seemed to care. There was no pressure to buy. He consistently told my wife and i to take our time. We met his family through his family photo album. That was nice. I felt as though we are family. He eased all my fears. By far, this was the best car buying experience for my wife and i. Maybe one day we can with his wife go out to diiner. We took our time about a week from start to finish and he was very patient with us. He actually listened to us and was very empathetic. If he says he is going to do something he gets right on it and makes it happen. In this day of greed and corruption Damon is a man of integrity and honor, pleasant and kind. But Honda World did everything right, from the moment I submitted an interest form to the last follow-up call I received to make sure I was still happy. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and efficient. Yes, they wanted to sell me a car and make some money doing it - but I felt like they were also looking out for what I truly wanted and could afford. Semsa did a great job helping me navigate the process; she was very knowledgeable and made sure she understood my needs and my budget. I hope I won't need a new car for a long time - that's why I bought a Honda! - but I would happily come back to Honda World and work with this team again. More

When my beloved 2014 Honda Civic LX was totaled the day before Christmas Eve, I instantly felt dread from the thought of having to replace my car. Loving the vehicle I had, I was only willing to look at something comparable. I met with Nick Woodson at Honda World before meeting with anyone and he gave me very straightforward views on what I would be looking at. I looked at some other dealers too and ended up wasting HOURS trying to find a suitable replacement. I went back to Honda World to see Nick and he quickly solved my issue. He put me into a brand new car, which I never thought I could have, and he made it so easy. The team at Honda World worked diligently to get me in and out of there with the best deal possible without any run around. I also had a very pleasant experience with Holly Pitt who went over the function of the car and all the new features. I had upgraded from a 2014 LX model to a 2019 EX model, so there were a lot of really cool things that this car could do that I had no idea how to work, but Holly explained everything with ease. More
