I stopped by the dealership wanting to look at and test drive an Odyssey. We recently had twins, plus having a 14yr old, we needed something with more space than our current CRV. I explained to Lewis I would not be buying or making any decisions that day, as I did not have my CRV with me to appraise. This would be something I would need to do on a different day, but he did not mind. He could have easily passed on helping me as I wasn't purchase-ready in that moment. We met back with him a week later and were done within a couple hours. From start to finish, the entire experience with EVERYONE who helped us that day was tremendous! We are so thankful. I will never drive another brand...Honda's are the only option for us. Not to mention the sales experience is NEVER cheap or pushy. Keep up the great work! More
