When Honda World didn’t have the color of the CR-V we originally requested, he offered to show us a different but similar color we liked even better! Overall, we were treated well and felt very good about our car buying experience with John! In addition, we had a very good experience with Chase, the Product Specialist who showed us how the various electronic systems worked. He was patient , answering all questions as they arose, and was also very knowledgeable and friendly. We will feel very comfortable returning to Honda World for our future car buying needs! More

Great Experience We found the vehicle we wanted on-line, called Sam Swope to make sure the vehicle was still available since we were traveling from about 45 minutes aw We found the vehicle we wanted on-line, called Sam Swope to make sure the vehicle was still available since we were traveling from about 45 minutes away. We then received a phone call from Tom Seeforth who confirmed what time we would be arriving at the dealership. When we arrived Tom was ready for us and had the vehicle parked out front ready for a test drive. He was extremely personable during the test drive and just allowed my wife and me to talk, rather than "overselling" the vehicle like some salesman are guilty of. He also allowed us to describe what we were looking for and despite loving the vehicle we were test driving, he did make us aware of another vehicle that fit our search criteria that was on lot. Still, he was very careful to tell us he wasn't pushing the other vehicle, he just wanted us to know. I assured him we would look at it because it was our choice, nothing he was forcing us to do. We decided on the vehicle we test drove for our purchase and we were short on time needing to get to our daughter's 5th grade graduation. Tom was hustling to getting us in and out. His flexibility and professionalism were top notch. More importantly, after leaving the dealership I felt like we had bought a car from a friend rather than a salesman. We also had a great experience with Kent in finance, he's been in the industry for 30 years and puts things in a very plain and straightforward manner. More
Awesome Salesman and Awesome Dealership! I had been to another dealer in Louisville that lied to me as they were trying to simply get a sale. We were so comfortable that I had no problem sharing some personal info. He is very casual, laid back and never became pushy. Knowledgeable about the truck and willing to do whatever to make the sale a pleasant one. The only problem I could see for some people, is that the dealership now expects you to fork out a $500 deposit before you decide. Dumb. It did not bother me since I knew I wanted that truck but for those who are hesitant about whether they want the vehicle, it could be a turn off. Tom was upfront about it and he is honest to the core. If I ever buy from a dealer, it will be one where Tom works. More
