TONI (at the reception desk), on the other hand, made us feel unwelcomed when we walked through the sales door entrance. She stopped us as if we were trespassing, and when I replied that we were here to pick up our car (after she questioned me a second time), she rudely replied, "Well, sheesh, I was just asking!!" Going in today with the same problem we had within a week of purchase of the car should have been enough to put in a new battery right away. Testing batteries for holding a charge is an unreliable way to decide if a battery is good. One test shows no problem, and the next may show something quite different. The battery’s history was that there was a problem. A replacement should have been the first and only step. (My son’s girlfriend missed a class at UH because of the delay.) This was the first time we had a question about the service department’s judgment on an issue. Mahalo for letting me give a critique on the servicing. More

Misleading Tactics Called to them to see if my bumper to bumper warranty would cover my car battery after owning my certified pre-own 2015 Odyssey for four months. They didn’t give a yes or no until I took my vehicle to them. After it was all said and done I was told that the battery was not cover and gave me a brand new one that has a 100 months warranty (8yrs 3months). And pretended to “hook me up” by not charge me for labor. xxx!?!? Could of avoided all this with a simple no it’s not and gotten one at O’Rielly 3 days sooner for the same price. Felt like I was mislead into going there just so they can “hook me up” for a battery. More
