Battery Change Justin and his mechanic quickly swapped out the battery in the van, respecting my wife's time. Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, J Justin and his mechanic quickly swapped out the battery in the van, respecting my wife's time. Since our two you children were sleeping in the van, Justin and the mechanic allowed my wife and children to remain in there, parked in sun, while they did the swap. It would have been extremely difficult for my wife to take both sleeping children out of the van and wait. We are extremely appreciative! More

Not only was the sales experience excellent, but I have had the vehicle in for both warranty and non-warranty service. Always on time, explanations are complete, and service costs are reasonable. Great service, as usual My husband lost his key to my car. I called Windward Honda to see what we needed to do to replace. I was able to make an appointment. I was told the a My husband lost his key to my car. I called Windward Honda to see what we needed to do to replace. I was able to make an appointment. I was told the appointment would take about 1.5 hours, and was given an estimate. While they were working on the key, I took a walk. Just as I was about to turn into their parking lot, they called to say my car/key was ready, sooner than promised! It was perfect timing. To complete the happy experience, they told me the re-keying was covered under my extended warranty. Fixed before I expected, and no charge... Does it get any better? More

I arrived 2 hours early but they quickly tested my battery and replaced it and I was out in just 30 minutes. With the unexpected car trouble I had, I really appreciated the excellent service from the team. I did not get the names of all the service members. More
