Why so long? Had to change oil and coolant and was told 2 hours maybe 2 1/2 hours but it took longer than their estimate even though they said nothing was wrong a Had to change oil and coolant and was told 2 hours maybe 2 1/2 hours but it took longer than their estimate even though they said nothing was wrong and I brought my car in on schedule. I could bring my car for an express oil change so to change my coolant takes more than 2 hours? More

The actual work should not have taken long (maybe 45 minutes?), but it seemed they were really busy, and I had to check with them on the status. Great Service Great service, I was able to get an appointment within a day of my check engine light coming on which turned out to be the gas cap.
