Buyer Beware! The traction light was on and I had to bring my vehicle back three times for them to finally diagnosis that the "vtm-4 control unit located in rear ca The traction light was on and I had to bring my vehicle back three times for them to finally diagnosis that the "vtm-4 control unit located in rear cargo area left side" needed replacing. Estimate= $863.64. I brought it to a local mechanic shop and he researched the traction light being stuck on. He calibrated the sensor for a total of $75.00. Problem solved! Herb Chambers Honda Westborough had serviced my vehicle and changed other sensors. After changing those sensors, I have since learned, it is necessary to recalibrate the traction sensor; not replace it. Was this an attempt to take advantage of this consumer or just a simple mistake by the Herb Chambers Westborough Service Department mechanic on the job? I guess I will never know. I do know this: Herb Chambers Westborough Service Department will not get another shot at fixing my vehicle again. More
