I was able to get my shopping done while waiting, as the courtesy car/driver "Bruce" dropped me off and then picked me up when my car was ready and I drove off with a very clean car that looked like new and had everything completed. Justin made very sure I was taken care of and as a 75 year old widow, I knew from the moment I walked into the service area, I would be well taken care of!
