Professional ,Friendly and Thoughtful experience. I had my 2016 Honda Pilot in for service and Jody my Service Advisor was so very helpful and thoughtful . I was there for some time and he continued to keep me updated on the service that was being handled so I felt he took an interest in being sure I was receiving good service . I was he went above and beyond to help resolve the issues I was having with the Pilot he made several calls to resolve the problem. He spoke with myself , his managers and all was taken care of , I cannot tell you how much that means to have a Customer Service Advisor really take the time to help , he is a great asset to your staff and department .
