My service was fine as always. However, while I sat in the waiting area there was an employee (I believe was probably management level) talking to a client. It was an ongoing debat However, while I sat in the waiting area there was an employee (I believe was probably management level) talking to a client. It was an ongoing debate. The client believed that Honda should offer to help/fix whatever the problem was with their car. The employee continuing to say it wasn’t the dealerships problem. This debate went on for a bit with the employee eventually telling the client they could take their business elsewhere. Finally the client asked to see this individuals manager. Although their voices were not raised you could not help but hear the conversation. This should have been taken to a more private area, not the waiting area. Regardless of who may have even right or who may have be wrong it sure left a bad taste for Herb Chambers customer service not to mention it was awkward for those sitting there. This all took place sometime between 4-5pm on Friday, June 7th. Maybe a little more training for this employee as it relates to customer service with difficult clients. More
