I have been regularly visiting Herb Chambers Honda Westboro for servicing my vehicle. My recent experience has been quite underwhelming. I was in the waiting area for 1.5 hrs and was not informed wh Westboro for servicing my vehicle. My recent experience has been quite underwhelming. I was in the waiting area for 1.5 hrs and was not informed when the vehicle is ready. When I approached the service desk, I was told that there are two other service items which they recommend but it would take them another hour to get it done. The car was not even washed which they do it every time with servicing. More

Had my 1st B-1 service for my 2020 CR—V. Intake was fast, courteous and on time. Service was completed on schedule with no hidden costs or additions - James even applied a $5 coupon that I was not expecting courteous and on time. Service was completed on schedule with no hidden costs or additions - James even applied a $5 coupon that I was not expecting. James was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, the visit was excellent and not the worst way to spend an early Saturday afternoon. More

I have a leased vehicle from this dealership. I needed a tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the person I spoke with at Herb Chambers that the service manager would personally drive me back and forth to my office that is less than 5 miles from the service center. Once I arrived, the service manager was nowhere to be found and I was told that I could wait for their shuttle. After an hour waiting, I was told it would be faster if I just waited for the work to be completed. So the “quick drop off and pick up” for a simple tire replacement cost me 3 hours of my workday! Horrible training. Making offers that you have no intention or ability to deliver is the WORST kind of service failure! More
