I have a leased vehicle from this dealership. I needed a tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the tire replaced from a puncture. I wanted it done quickly. I decided to go to the dealership instead of a local tire place because I was assured by the person I spoke with at Herb Chambers that the service manager would personally drive me back and forth to my office that is less than 5 miles from the service center. Once I arrived, the service manager was nowhere to be found and I was told that I could wait for their shuttle. After an hour waiting, I was told it would be faster if I just waited for the work to be completed. So the “quick drop off and pick up” for a simple tire replacement cost me 3 hours of my workday! Horrible training. Making offers that you have no intention or ability to deliver is the WORST kind of service failure! More
