Out of state travelers with car issues. Alexander was attentive to our needs, had our pilot diagnosed and repaired within 4 hours. Bought a used Honda from herb Chambers of Westboro, had issues with starting intermittently. made appointment dropped car off was there for 2 days. I had to call to find out what they found out with the s issues with starting intermittently. made appointment dropped car off was there for 2 days. Tristian said he had bad news and good so he gave me the bad news told us they could not make the car due the grinding noise after 50 starts! I had to drive the car and take video of it starting when this problem happens really!! Honda had Tech bulletins on these v6 engines and were suppose to do 2 more steps do not think they even looked to see if the torque converter had been marked. never got that answer from service writer, guessing because they did not pull inspection cover to see. As we brought it to another dealer explained the issue they did find the problem it was not marked.so they replaced with another starter checked system and torque converter appeared to be ok. And it was done in the same day with issue solved. So I will never do business buying or servicing a car from them again!!!! Happy to know some dealers care about customers and not pushed away! More
