I finally took the time to go back to herb today with no appointment because I also noticed a piece of trim coming off . It was so worth the trip . I was greeted by Alex In service he listened to my complaints and took me right in ! Fixed the squeaking, ordered a new trim piece and fixed a recall! He was so polite and efficient! Thank you Alex! He setup the oil change/tire rotation. I offered the coupon. He had never seen one like this. He handled everything with the service manager so I got the discount. Vadim kept me informed about the status and discussed changing the air filter which I decided to do myself. Overall a good experience. On the way home the low pressure tire warning came on. I will check the tires and return if I have to. More
