I would give them a zero if I could. I just spent $800 on my 2009 Honda element getting a valve adjustment and a fuel injection cleaning. When I started the car there was a horrible sque I just spent $800 on my 2009 Honda element getting a valve adjustment and a fuel injection cleaning. When I started the car there was a horrible squealing coming from under the hood that wasn’t there before. I went in to talk to the service Tech. And he had a mechanic come out to look at it. My partner was in the parking lot waiting for me since he drove me to pick up the car. And he overheard the mechanic call my car a piece of xxxx and that it wasn’t his issue what was going on. I have to say not the type of service nor attitude I’m looking for when I pay that amount of money. More
