Honda Westborough - Service Center

Had issue with car not working and dashboard staying on when car was shut off. Had exact same issue a month ago and paid $1200 to Herb Chambers Dorchester and now told we needed new fuse box with relay for when car was shut off. Had exact same issue a month ago and paid $1200 to Herb Chambers Dorchester and now told we needed new fuse box with relay for $700! Not Herb Chambers Westborough fault. They were great and communicative. Now I have to let Dorchester Herb Chambers know how disappointed I am. More

During the most recent visit, my emissions light was on and the team was able to quickly identify and remedy the situation all while covering it under Honda’s extended warranty. Scott also gave me an estimated cost for an anticipated major service in the next 20k miles so that I could prepare from a budget perspective which is much appreciated. It’s not easy to find a trustworthy location for cars, but this service team has certainly won my business and trust. A+++++ More
