James, Thanks again for responding. James L. did reach out to me. I hope we can resolve this and put it to rest. My frustration is that this has been going on for almost 2 years. I thought Honda was Honda and all had the same info. My bad. I'm glad I'm the only one this happened to, guess it's a learning experience for all. I think what put me over the edge was when Kameryn handed me the bill with everything scratched out and asked me to sign it, instead of printing a new invoice with zero owed. Then when car was ready handed me another paper to sign. When I said what's this?, she responded with, "sign that we're giving you your car back". 🤔 Just weird. Thanks for the birthday wishes. Glad you are at least close to my age that you understand that being young does not give permission to be rude. I may not know car lingo, but I'm not stupid. Ok, rant over. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
