My family and I needed to have our 05 Odyssey repaired, after just moving to the area for my husbands work we did a search for local Honda stores and found Herb Chambers. We have 3 small children so it was after just moving to the area for my husbands work we did a search for local Honda stores and found Herb Chambers. We have 3 small children so it was nice to see they have a play room and tv area where our children could watch cartoons and stay occupied while the work was being done. We had been needing a second car for my husband to commute to work with and Rich the manager introduced us to a very nice gentlemen Jim that was able to help us with that and answer all of our questions. The service was done quickly and they even gave me and my children a ride over to the McDonalds down the road so I could feed them their lunch. More

The experience was very positive (considering the circumstances) and the car was ready the same day. The staff was very prefessional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. It is also worth mentioning that I felt they were very honest and did not try to charge me extra for unneccessary add-ons such as I have experienced in the past at other service centers. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who values quality of work, price, and a knowlegable, professional staff. More

I have a 1997 Honda civic. The exhaust had been gving me some problems and making a funny vibrating noise. I took it there and they told me it wa just my heat shield and fixed in in lss then 30 min! Well I already hit a huge pot hole with my new car and blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car an blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car and had the shuttle driver there to pick me up with in minutes. The unfortunately didn't have the tire in stock but drove to go get it so I wouldn't have to drive on a spare. They had the tire on and everything else checked out in what seemed like no time at all. Mean while my sales person Norman offered me a cup of coffee and answered some last minute questions I had come up with in the short time I've had the vehicle. Thanks to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, my nightmares about dealerships have been put to rest. Thank you everyone! And thank you Rich and Mike for coming to my rescue! More
