I have had my wonderful Honda Pilot serviced at the Westborough Herb Chambers for the past 5 years. Today my car was serviced in the care of Tony Ngo and he was very polite, thorough and made sure that everything was taken care of. I tend to ask many questions about my vehicle and the services that will be performed. He was great - answered all of my questions, we decided on items that needed to be done and my car was ready as promised. He even checked to update me and took care of everything. Great service from this dealership and Tony. More

I brought my car in for service, and decided to wait at Herb Chambers Honda while they were working on the car. Everybody was helpful and courteous (especially Tony, the Service Advisor who assisted me), a Herb Chambers Honda while they were working on the car. The service was also reasonably fast (I was told it could be up to two hours, and it was under two hours), and the free WiFi made waiting a breeze. I retired and moved from Florida, a widow knowing no one except my grown daughter that lives in a neighboring town. He was gracious and welcoming and has been helping me with my 1993 Honda Civic for a year. His service advice has been excellent and I feel safer driving my car because I know he is looking after me. Any dealership would be lucky to have him as an employee. Allon Swift represents the best of all that Honda stands for. More
These place is the greatist. I had a few issues with my truck, they went the extra mile to accomidate my needs and get the job done in the time they told me it would be done.
