Came in for a regular service on 2010 Honda CRV. Tony was very curtious and made sure to ask questions regarding the driving experience in order to diagnose any issues with the car. Tony was very friendly and appreciative of our time. In fact, he even thanked me for arriving 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I met Tony Ngo for the first time(Oct-2013) at Herbs Chambers Honda of Westborough. He was very friendly & honest in letting me know that I don't require oil-change at this time as my oil-life was 60% a Chambers Honda of Westborough. My other dearler where I bought my car informed me that I should regularly chnage my oil at every 5K, which I feel is a rip off for new cars. Also, he gave me a friendly tour of his dealership which made me feel more comfortable in working with him and to revisit this dealership for future services. More
