My past two service visits for my 2009 Honda CRV were handled by Tony Ngo. He was courteous and expeditious in processing my first maintenance request. Soon after he took the time to find me and bring me out to the garage to speak with the technician regarding my low brake pads. I expected a high pressure sales conversation but instead I had a unbiased conversation with the tech, then Tony described pricing options that would fit my budget and expectations. After I made my decision, Tony noticed my rear wiper blade, that I recently purchased, was still sitting unopened in the backseat. And right there he offered to show me how it was installed. Prices were discussed up front so I didn't have that sticker shock feeling on the way out the door. A few weeks ago, I brought my CRV in for air conditioning service and spoke again with Tony, who remembered my name. I explained my situation and asked if service bulletin 12-072 would apply. He offered a courtesy inspection to assess the situation. Shortly after, he found me and explained the inspection results at my table, not back at his desk. Later, I asked about their cleaning and detailing service. After explaining the options he asked if there was anything in particular I was concerned with. One item was a rub that a white car door had left on my daughter's side door a year ago. When my car was ready, Tony walked out with me and asked me to confirm that the A/C was working. I was then surprised to find that the white rub was also buffed out. This last visit reminded me of that old school mentality where a car dealership strives to build a relationship with their clients ensuring return business. I don’t know if this is still possible on the Sales side given how educated the customer base is, but I do know that on the Service side Tony is really picking up the slack. I feel that it is his attention to details, his active listening skills, and genuine concern that he brings to the job that has me not only coming back to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for excellent service, but has me waiting in line to speak with Tony. While I had an unpleasant experience at another dealership where I bought the car, I think I found a place I can trust here. More

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new service center. Honda dealerships have always been good to us, so we visited Herb Chambers in Westborough and they have been great! I can sit in the waiting area (which is quite nice) with total peace of mind that my car is being taken care of. While dealerships in general can sometimes be more expensive than an independent mechanic, you get what you pay for - top notch service. We also bought a new CR-V last month. Rich was incredibly helpful and we love the car! More

Tony was an exceptional service consultant that help my wife and I. He took the time to explain everything to both of us so we were able to understand what our service options were. When times are tough financially, everyone needs to be well educated in knowing where our dollars needs to be spent. Tony cared enough to explain everything in great detail and helped us answer our questions. Tony kept me informed via phone/voicemail as well as Text Messaging. My wife and I were able to make well informed decisions on the service of our Honda Odyssey. I would recommend everyone at Honda service to model after Tony's attention to detail and care for every customer. My wife did not get the same quality service from the first service consultant she spoke to and that's why we asked for Tony. I normally do not take time from my busy schedule to write detail reviews but thought since Tony gave me exceptional service at Honda that I would reciprocate the favor. Then, I purchased a used Honda Odessy mini van, not at Herb Chambers, and it needed some service about two years ago my local mechanic couldn't perform. I took it to Herb Chambers Honda in Westboro, and Tony was the service rep. I have not gone back to the local guy (who still does work on another vehicle of ours). The work just cannot compare to what HCHW does, and NO where have I received the customer service and attention as Tony provides. We purchased a warranty with our van, and Tony is quite adept at working with them to cover issues which arise. The suggestions are honest and trustworthy, the prices are fair and the follow up and follow through is spectacular. We have purchased an older, high mileage Civic for our teenage children to drive to school, and our first stop was Tony and the service crew. They have our loyal patronage for a long time to come. More
