I came in for routine service and brought up an issue (right front side disconnected slightly from the rest of the vehicle) I had noticed during a previous service visit which I thought had been overlook (right front side disconnected slightly from the rest of the vehicle) I had noticed during a previous service visit which I thought had been overlooked. Tony addressed the issue and assured me that the "problem" was not really a problem but a designed feature of the car and he reconnected it. I was happy to see that he explained why it happened and what to do if it happened again as it showed me that he wanted me to be satisfied with my vehicle. During this visit I also noticed that the prices for routine service were posted and that the charge was just that, what was posted. There were no "extra" charges or recommendations for additional service which is pretty routine at other dealers. Great team at Herb Chambers Honda, they really want to keep you as a customer and it shows. More
